Amanda Casagrande, MD
Dr. Casagrande is certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. She received her medical degree from the Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. Casagrande completed her residency at UPMC St. Margaret Family Medicine Residency. She is an Assistant Professor of Medicine and lead for the Primary Care Accelerated Track at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Dr. Casagrande also serves as medical director for the University of Pittsburgh Vaccination and Health Connection Hub. Dr. Casagrande’s clinical interests include addiction medicine, care for underserved individuals, women’s health, and obstetrics. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Casagrande has completed training on how to create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for LGBTQIA+ patients.
Joseph DeFazio, DO
Dr. DeFazio is certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. He received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. DeFazio completed his residency at UPMC Shadyside Family Medicine Residency.
Sabrina Platt, CRNP, DNP
Dr. Platt specializes in family medicine and is a certified nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Sabrina completed her Doctor of Nurse Practitioner at Robert Morris University. Sabrina has completed training on how to create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for LGBTQIA+ patients.
