Scholarship Day Submissions

Scholarship Day Poster/Presentation Submission Form 

  • Submission Deadline: Friday, March 20, 2026

  • Notifications sent regarding acceptance by Friday, April 10, 2026

  • Scholarship Day: Friday, May 15, 2026

    Submission Criteria: 

  • Projects that have been started or completed since May 17, 2024 (last scholarship day) are ideal
  • Applicants must be a resident, fellow, or faculty member in good standing at any of the UPMC Family Medicine residencies, a Pitt operated community practice or the UPP Department of Family Medicine. 

  • All submissions must have IRB or QI approval.

    Applications to Present are Welcome From:

  • Faculty members (including pharmacists, social workers, etc.)
  • Fellows
  • Residents 
  • Advanced Practice Providers

  • FM PittNet Investigators or study teams

    Submission Categories: 

  • Podium presentation (project must be completed by the time of Scholarship Day)
    • Submissions for a podium presentation that are not accepted will automatically be considered for a poster presentation.
  • Poster presentation (project does not need to be completed by the time of Scholarship Day). 
  • All projects will be anonymously reviewed by a review committee consisting of faculty from the various UPMC Family Medicine residences and UPP Department of Family Medicine. To help with this, please do not include identifying names in the title or abstract that is submitted for review.
